Terms & Conditions – Northern Ireland Goodyear Amazon Offer 

THE PROMOTION

1. 1. The "Goodyear promotion "(the "Promotion") is open to all consumers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, except Goodyear Dunlop (the "Promoter") or retailer employees, its agencies or anyone else connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion, or trade. This offer is open to retail customers only (excludes company vehicle drivers, businesses, organisations and institutions). By participating in this Promotion, claimants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional materials.
2. 2. By participating in this Promotion, the Promoter will have to submit information entered on the online claim form along with a copy of the invoice to a third party agency (The Marketing Lounge) to issue rewards and the information provided will be checked and verified by The Marketing Lounge to confirm the identity of the claimant.
3. 3. There is a purchase requirement. Claimants must purchase two or more Goodyear car, van or 4x4 15" or above tyres for a single vehicle between 1st May 2016 – 30th June 2016 from participating retailers in Northern Ireland. The Goodyear tyres must be fitted by the selected participating retailers in Northern Ireland at the time of purchase. Goodyear tyres purchased through online retailers not associated with the selected participating retailer will not be eligible to claim the reward.
4. 4. The Promotion will reward gift vouchers for a £25 Amazon.co.uk gift card with the purchase of 2 Goodyear tyres of rim diameter 15" and above, or a £50 Amazon.co.uk gift card with the purchase of 4 Goodyear tyres of rim diameter 15" and above. E-vouchers will be sent within 28 days from receipt of claim to the email address provided within the claim form. No liability can be accepted for vouchers not received due to incorrect information provided. Please check junk and spam filters for email confirmations.
5. 5. Please ensure any vouchers are used within the redemption period, the Promoter or third party agency may not be held liable for the Customer’s failure to use any vouchers within the redemption period.
6. 6. Promotion only available when purchasing Goodyear tyres from selected participating retailers in Northern Ireland.
7. 7. Closing date and time for receipt of claims is midnight 15th July 2016.
8. 8. Claims must be made on an official claim form completed online at www.goodyearrewards.co.uk and must be accompanied with an uploaded, clear and legible invoice (either a scan or photograph). The image must clearly show the tyres purchased and the invoice number. It is recommended that you keep a copy for your records. We will send you an email receipt of the claim by the end of the next working day.
9. 9. Only one claim per vehicle is permitted. Entry into this promotion cannot be in conjunction with any other offer. Incomplete, invalid, illegible or late claims will not be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to discard illegible invoices. The Promoter reserves the right to dispute a claim if it believes the claim is not legitimate. The Promoter’s decision is final.
10. 10. Please refer to the voucher for full terms and conditions of its use.
11. 11. The vouchers are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
12. 12. The vouchers are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute with an alternative prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable. The Promoter has the authority to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time during the promotional period without prior notice.
